"Friendly reception. Really helped me out by allowing me to check in slightly earlier than expected as another room was available that had been cleaned earlier that morning. Rooms are very large, plenty of space to move around. Bed super comfortable. TV also had phone to screen sharing option which was excellent. Complimentary water was refreshed each day too. Good shower pressure in bathroom. Convenient location as well being a short 10 minute walk away from the main bus and train station. Breakfast was okay, with the usual hot and cold food options and enough seating."

"The room itself was showing its age a little, although this is a very minor point. Also AC could only be adjusted +2 or -2 degrees maximum."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was great and made it easy to explore the area. The hotel also has private parking, which was a big advantage for me. The beds were very comfortable, so I slept really well. I would especially like to highlight the staff – they were extremely kind, answered all of my questions, and gave me excellent recommendations for visiting the city. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would gladly come back again."

"Very professional reception staff providing a smooth check in experience. We stayed in one of the renovated rooms on the 13th floor which was very well designed and of high quality. Comfortable bed and pillows, ample space, a sofa and walk in shower. In principle our stay was excellent in all regards, the only down side was the rooms temperature which honestly was too much. Great breakfast and ample parking space. location wise a short walk to the center and all the entertainment the city has to offer."

"We have been regular guests for years and always look forward to returning each winter. We love both the hotel and the city. The staff are always kind, polite, and helpful. The room is very cozy, and the hotel’s location is excellent. The convenience of the garage, accessible directly by elevator, is also a real plus. Breakfast, as always, is abundant and manages to satisfy every guest’s needs and tastes. Truly excellent as always! Once you grow attached to this place, you can’t help but keep coming back.I really appreciated the attention of the reception staff, who remembered that we are regular guests each winter and kindly wished to see us again next year."
