"The room was clean, bed confortable, with a nice view from the window, even if you cannot see the river from our room window (unlike what they write in booking page). There is a small fridge and a boiler and 2 cups for self preparing a tee or coffee. Staff kind and they have a free storage space for luggages behind the reception so we left there our luggages the second day while visiting the town."

"HOSTEL: The room was quite narrow and it has no closets, almost without space to walk between the bed and the armchair. In the bathroom it would be usefull to have a few more stands for towels near the sink, or near the shower, there are only one each high on the opposite wall. One of the two plug of electricity on one side of bed was not working. The steel tie rod inside the bathroom is rusting (it doesn't looks such a safe thing to happen, because it's an ancient building and that device is needed to let it be solid and safe). The shower head is partially clogged, and water was coming out of some holes so forcefully that it hurt. Furthermore, when showering, it's impossible not to flood the entire bathroom floor, as the shower wall is almost entirely open, and it's without shower doors. For this kind of room and this type of package (one night only sleeping without breakfast and without any extras), in low season (February), I expect to pay around 30/35€, not more. We paid almost 50€ in two, we feel it's a little bit too much, but the surprising thing is that this one was the cheapest accomodation we found in all the city with a private bathroom. I cannot imagine how much it can cost one night with breakfast in high season in a medium hotel in Ljubljana... CITY AND LOCATION: One problem is how to carry heavy luggages to/from the hostel, because it's in pedestrian area. Another big disappoint is that the cheapest parking for car is 10 minutes walking, and it costs 11€/day. We realized that Ljubljana is quite expensive at all, but expecially for accomodations and parking it's quite unfair for tourists, and we are a bit sad about that; anyhow it's always a beautiful city. Maybe if we'll come again, we'll look for a camping, hoping to save some money and enjoy the summer version of this nice location."
