"The quality and selection at breakfast was outstanding. The bed was really comfortable. The location is convenient, and only a short walk to Orchard Station. Despite being a large hotel, it still felt relatively quiet."
"More sunbeds around the pool area would be better than the bean bags, often sunbeds were not available or had towels left on them. It would be better if staff could monitor this more closely and remove towels when beds are not being used."
"We LOVED everything! We stayed in a King room with balcony on the 14rh floor and were blown away with the quality of the room. The most comfortable bed, great size space, balcony is fantastic with great views, love the filtered tap water and instant hot water, was so quiet in our room, couldn’t hear any outside noise or noise from within the hotel. Cleaners were great. The design of the hotel is definitely one to be seen and experienced. Highly recommend staying here. Location was great, so close to all food, MRT and shopping. We lived sitting on the balcony listening to the music playing in the hotel and watching the afternoon storms. Absolute vibe! Seeing the hotel lit up at night is quite amazing!"

"The unique and fantastic pool area. Very clever design and a peaceful place to relax. The hotel facilities were excellent as were the staff. The club lounge Florette was really nice,relaxed,peaceful with a great choice of canapés ,cocktails or breakfast items. The service there was really professional,polite and very welcoming. The team Seoin,Plushra,Blair and Edyll made my stay very enjoyable .As a single ,older woman travelling alone it was very secure. Location just off Orchard road was very handy."

"The room was splendid. As someone who drinks a lot of water, I especially appreciated the in-room drinking water tap. The mango shower gel from Jo Loves was amazing. The pool looks just as gorgeous at night as it does in the photos. The service was top-notch. The hotel kindly accommodated my request and arranged an early check-in!"
"The swimming pool was too cold, so almost no one was swimming. Many guests preferred to sunbathe instead, and there were not enough sunbeds. Breakfasts were good but nothing extraordinary. I really liked the yogurts, though. Breakfast ends at 10:30, and I assumed this meant the omelet station would close and finished items wouldn’t be refilled. Instead, at exactly 10:30, the staff removed all the food from the buffet, even the dishes that hadn’t been finished yet."
