"Room was more spacious than most lodgings because of the way they used their space for clothes . Loved the open air concept for the bathroom . Loved the bed. Appreciated the water bottles they provided and freedom to refill them when you needed. Quiet ambience (aside from the occasional door slamming from the neighbors, I’m guessing unintentionally). Nearest MRT is a 15 minute walk to Somerset station or 20 min walk to River Valley Station. Be ready with comfortable walking shoes in a humid climate."

"The communication before we arrived was great and even though our flight into Singapore was changed we were able to check in using the digital key with no problem. The apartment was perfect for our short 3 night stay. In the heart of Chinatown it was walkable to marina bay in about 15 minutes and also super close to the MRT. We had a washing machine and dryer in the room which was great as we were doing a lot of traveling with just hand luggage!! There were also communal washing machines. We had a kitchenette but didn't use it apart from the fridge/freezer. Was very quiet at night. We only heard a bit of noise from outside on the Saturday night but it didn't go on too late. Maxwell food market is just 2 minutes walk for good hawker food. We jumped on the MRT to the harbour front (only 2 stops) to get the cable car to Sentosa. All in all a great place to stay."

"We drove from Kuala Lumpur and very tiring, just wanted to get some rest. Once we enter the hotel, we saw ample car park spaces,, we think this would be our favourite hotel next time, we guess because we were lucky this time, we got parking space despite random past review complaining about spaces. Considering the room value for money,since Ringgit dropped too much recently 💸, we don't mind praise for 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review . Hotel setting just moderate & simple according to budget. Not much fussy regulations, during check in ,with basic amenities given by a standard hotel complimented with kettle, cups, jug, toiletries, clean towel, no bed bugs, no horror nightmare dream, happy sleep, fast elevator, views from room, and safe hotel to stay for the fun evening later at night. We like it ! Very retro.🥰 Plus mini market and eating places nearby the hotel and opposite the Shaw Plaza shopping mall."
