"A quirky, beautifully designed hotel with three restaurants, spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and spacious, comfortable rooms. Pleasant, friendly and helpful staff. Activities such as table football and shuffleboard available."
"Very busy! The lighting in the room was very poor - we couldn’t even read a book in the bedside lamplight! We had to book a time for breakfast and were told on arrival at the restaurant that we only had an hour to ‘enjoy’ our food. It’s advisable to reserve a table for dinner before arrival as we had very few options when we wanted to dine."

"The fact that on arrival we were asked if we wanted the room cleaned on Saturday and we said yes, we also spoke to the cleaners about cleaning the room but they still somehow managed to NOT clean the room. That was very disappointing"
"Staff were amazing - so helpful - I am disabled and in a wheelchair / on crutches and we - myself, 2 grandsons and daughter-in-law - were visiting to scatter my son's ashes in the city where he had found work, life and had hope to make their forever home. The city itself was beautiful and the walks around the lake breathtaking."
