"The location of the facility was great, just take a few steps into the crowded area of Gamla Stan. The room was warm and clean, the hotel was generally quiet. The breakfast variety was also good. I am very pleased. Also, on my first day, the blonde lady at the reception told me what I can do around, where I can eat, all with a smiling face. The restaurant she recommended was also great."

"The hotel is charming and well maintained. The reception staff were all very friendly and the lady who checked us in was particularly helpful and I’m grateful that she kindly allowed us to check in early morning free of charge. The breakfast was amazing! I loved it."
"Our room wasn’t level, so as a result the bed dipped on one side. and the pillows were just flat small square cushions ;/ I found the room to be cold at night and there was no extra blanket in the cupboard which I would have liked. Room is on the small side. But we managed okay."
"I loved this quaint and cosy boutique hotel. From the small, wood lined elevator to the snug attic room, It felt more like staying at a charming guesthouse than a hotel. What really makes this place is the staff though. Without exception they were kind, friendly and helpful. Shout out to Stefan and Susie on Reception who were generous with their time and great fun. The breakfast was fabulous with plenty GF, DF and vegan options and presided over by the amazing Oscar. Best breakfast host ever!! If you want lots of space and facilities and a modern slick environment, this is not the place for you. But if, like me, you like to find places that make you feel at home when you travel, this place ticks that box. Far exceeded my expectations for a chain property. Perfect for a solo traveller."

"The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff were friendly, the room and bed (although small) was very comfortable and warm and the breakfast was amazing with a huge variety of fresh foods. The breakfast chef was especially welcoming. We had friends staying elsewhere and they were able to pay and join us for breakfast too which completed our stay. As we had a late flight on our day of departure we safely left our bags in the handy luggage storage room."
