"Very kind staff, willing to help store luggage between arrival and check-in. Found out my room was already free and let my store my things there. There are plenty of shared facilities, including a kitchen. When I found out my key card didn't work on the second morning, the lady at the reception helped out quickly and within no time I could go back to my room. Had a nice chat with the cleaning lady each morning, she's really cool! Overall I had a very pleasant stay and felt properly taken care of as a solo traveller in a hostel/hotel."

"They should have quiet hours, or if they have them they should be more strict about them. We woke up twice because the soundproofing of the room was not good: once there were families having children running back and forth almost at midnight, the second one there were several guys chatting and laughing at 3:30 in the morning."

"The hotel is in a quiet area, a walking distance form the bus/train station and the city centre. Breakfast is very good, with a lot to choose from (but orange juice was available only on Sunday...)"

"The room and bathroom are really very small, but Ok for a night or two. My room had a window into an inner patio with the common area, so I could hear people talking there in the evening. A pity! as I couldn't see the ouside to check if it is still raining or not."
