It features a cosy fireplace lounge, free Wi-Fi and a univers culinari serving traditional Swedish cuisine. Quality Dux beds and a LCD TV are provided in each tastefully decorated room at Hotell Granen, as well as a bathroom with a shower. Breakfast is offered daily. After a long day, guests can relax in the complex hoteler’s sauna or in the warm and inviting fireplace library. Ski school classes are arranged on site, along with ski storage facilities. "You have to be quite fit to get from the hotel to the closest mountain railway station. Anyhow, for people how have cone for skiing it should not be a problem at all"

"We had the family room. Lovely big room with a fire place. 2 bedrooms with in each room 2 beds that were really big (I think 120cm per bed). We put the beds together since we were with 2 couples so that was no issue for us. Lovely view over the lake. Fully equipped kitchen as well. Also a dining and a living room."
"It’s a 5 min walk downhill to the VM6an ski lift, which was kind of a slippery road with all ski gear on. Nevertheless you know it’s not ski in ski out literally, so for us it was no problem."

"The whole vibe of this hotel is arctic chic. Think furs, fairy lights, snow, candles, mulled wine and cozyness. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was lovely. Bed comfortable. Best quality hotel breakfast I've ever had."

"The doors of the shower didn’t close properly which made the bathroom very wet. Would have been good if we would have been told in advance that booking a table in the hotel restaurant in advance would be recommended. But the staff did all they could. Very friendly and cooperative. To get to the slopes is a bit of a walk (about 5-10min)."

"Lovely breakfast with homemade bread, delicius. Beautiful houses and seaside view. Very friendly staff. The room was simple but comfortable with an extra heater in it."
"Die Lage des Hauses ist besonders vorteilhaft: nah an Ystad (10 Min. ins Zentrum) und an der Küste (4 Min.), dabei kaum Bebauung in der Nachbarschaft, extrem ruhige Umgebung und trotz Durchgangsstraße kaum merklicher Verkehr. Das Haus selbst ist sehr geräumig und bietet einer Familie mit Kindern genügend Raum. Besonders schön ist die abgeschirmte Südterrasse mit einem weiträumigen Blick über Felder und Wald mit Hasen und Rehen. TV mit nationalen Kanälen und BBC News war ausreichend, um im Urlaub etwas informiert zu bleiben, außerdem lief das Internet stabil."

"Clean and tidy and fairly recently renovated. Good impression overall! Got upgraded to a bigger room free of charge. Staff asked if we needed parking and made sure we had a spot nearby. We communicated via sms, the staff was friendly and very helpful."
