"Hotel is nice & clean. Staff is very cooperative & friendly. They provided us whatever we requested for (breakfast in the room, which was amazing!) as well as a mattress. They allowed an early check-in too : ) it is very close to King Khalid Park & Cultural Center. Front & Back side parking is available at the Property."
"Toilet Fixtures need to be improved, some of the furniture in room (wardrobes & tables) are quite old and slightly damaged. But the rest of everything is great and very comfortable! we enjoyed our stay and were looked after quite well by the staff. Breakfast Buffet was not available due to Eid Holidays (their staff was on leave) but they sent us a nice breakfast tray in the room which cheered us up & also had a nice complimentary saudi coffee cattle with dates & tahina : )"
