"There was a leak on the toilet bidet. Breakfast Food can be improved since there are limited areas where you can eat inside the resort."

"Mesmerizingly beautiful. Room was very pretty and the view from the terrace was incredible. Restaurant breakfast was great. Staff very helpful and friendly. Perfectly located to all the major attractions and sites…very centralizing. Not overwhelmingly large like some of the other overpriced hotels."

"Nothing at all. My only advice would be to avoid taking a room around the swimming pool area to avoid the weekend night DJ Music."

"The facility layout and the on resort amenities were excellent. The receptionist, especially Amirah, was very polite, pleasant, and welcoming. She did an excellent job explaining the entire Shaden resort layout and the various programs planned. The staff at the La Palma restaurant were exceptionally polite and welcoming as well.. The food was very nice and the service was great! The housekeeping staff were also very polite and respectful. All in all, this is an excellent place to let off some steam, and certainly, it will be worth visiting again.."
