"Nice and clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff and good location. Rooms were spacious. Staff proactively asked us our opinion of the hotel and how they could improve anything we thought could be improved. We enjoyed our time and they always helped us when we asked, such as with taxi rides to Mecca or places of interest in Jeddah. I will highly recommend this hotel especially for families"
"The only worst thing was the taxi driver named Malek Al Libnani who took us from the hotel to the airport which was organized by the hotel. He was terribly rude and kept saying stupid things during the ride like another family had booked with him at the same time and he cancelled because he wanted to drive us and gave the other family false information that his car was not roadworthy. He was racist towards my country of origin. We had agreed a fixed price of 120 rials the day before but when we arrived at the airport he wanted 160 rials and said that was agreed with us. Of course I only gave him the 120 rials because he is a liar. He said loudly you should get your travel bags out of the car yourself. I strongly recommend you to work with other taxi companies."
