"اتمنى تغيير الكراسي المفرده التي مقابله التلفاز بأريكة كنبه حتى يتسنى للزوجين الجلوس جنب بعضهم بكل سهوله للاستمتاع بمشاهدة التلفاز، خصوصا عندما تكون الزوجه حامل يصعب عليها الجلوس على كرسي مفرد لمده طويله عند مشاهدة مسلسل واتمنى اخذ رأيي بعين الاعتبار كوني من نزلاء الفندق اكثر من مره وهو اختياري الاول عند مجيئي زياره للطائف 👍"

"فراش الغرفه يحتاج إلى غسيل أو تغيير عدم دوام الكوفي بشكل مستمر دخول رائحة الدخان في الغرفه ع الرغم من نظافة الغرفه وخصوصيتها لغير المدخنين إلا أن الغرف المجاوره يتسرب منها رائحة الدخان مما تسبب لي بالتهاب بالحلق للأسف ركن القهوه محدد بشاي احمر فقط غير متنوع عدم وجود تكييف حار بالمكيف مع برودة الفندق"

"Very clean. They were able to give us extra towels and pillows. They didn't come to service the apartment until we asked, so I am not sure housekeeping comes daily or only when you ask for it."

"The first night there was quite a bit of music from the nearby restaurants but after that it was quiet. We had a problem with our shower not draining but maintenance was quick to fix it. There was an issue after check-in, I paid the amount from booking.com along with 15% VAT, and the next morning they said I had to pay an additional 300SAR. I asked them to clarify what the additional money was for and they weren't able to tell me, they kept saying "VAT" but I had already paid the VAT the previous day. After some back and forth, they admitted it was a mistake and we all laughed. The internet was quite weak and non-functional but we were at the end of the hallway, far from the reception. There was no coffee provided."

"الفندق نظيف جدا ومريح الطاقم ممتاز خاصة احمد تعاملت معه جدا محترم"

"بعض النزلاء يحسب نفسه في بيتهم يبخر ويتسبب في تشغيل الانذار"
