"Everything from entering to leaving. Reception staff welcomed us most pleasantly, their attention to details was superb. Bashier and his staff were exemplary. They were extremely helpful and looked after so well, always smiling. They went above and beyond to make sure Soya milk was available for me (I have an extreme dairy allergy). They were attentive and on hand for whenever we wanted anything. We received a complimentary desert platter in our room from Bashier, which was welcoming after we had a long day out and about. He really cares for his staff and guests which was refreshing to see and witness. This hotel is a must to stay at and one of the best one we stayed at during our stay over the 2 weeks in three cities."

"I had the pleasure of checking in by Mr Waleed, the night manager. He made my life easy i only had to go up to my room and rest. Staff keeps asking me during my stay whether I am comfortable or not. Mrs Fatma and Wafa are professional accommodation providers."
