"Super place, very tasty breakfast,willing staff, everything was ok. There was no view out of the window. When we opened the window to get some warmer air from the outside,it was noisy due to air conditions outside. However,we only overslept and overall it was perfect! Thank you very much!"

"Mohammed at the reception desk was extremely helpful. From arriving at the hotel to when I left he was very attentive. The hotel was in good location and the room was of good size with comfortable beds. I stayed one night as it was a stop over to medina. As I was check-in out, I asked Mohammed if he knew anyone that can take us to Medina, which he instantly arranged for me on the spot. This for me is real customer service and left me very pleased and with this simple gesture. This was my first trip to Jeddah and after my wonderful experience, I will look to visit again very soon."

"The receptionists were really co operative . On request they have prolonged my stay for 2 hours with no extra charges at all. The room was super clean and very spacious and comfortable. Overall it was worth every penny. Definitely will book them again for my jeddah visit."
