"Perfect location which is just a 5 minutes walk from the metro station (Blue Line, MOI). Very friendly and helpful employees, Amazing breakfast including freshly squeezed orange juice. Clean and comfy rooms."
"We were three adults in a 2 x double room and each day got towels for only two people. We could easily get more, but they were again removed when the room was cleaned so that we had to ask for towels every day."

"We have already done the payment since home, but the system is not updated. Even after showing the proof of payment also they still need time to check and ask us to do another payment. So disappointing. What to expect to us who are tired and need to rest? After being scolded then only they saw the payment. Not sure what happened to them. We have been travelled around using booking never find this problem before."

"Aloft Riyadh Hotel has the most comfortable mattresses in all of Saudi. And I have stayed in quite a few hotels! The layout of the room is spacious and comfortable. From the doorman to the cleaners, great staff. The breakfast 😋 was good. I especially liked the Danish pastries👌. We ordered the club sandwich 🥪 for lunch. Wow, I will come back just for that!"
