"-طلبت زيادة عدد فرش لنوم وبطانية ، وكانت نظافتها غير جيدة وطريقة تغليف البطانيات والمخدات كانت بدائية لا تليق بفخامة الفندق ، وللأمانة لم أنبه الموظفين بذلك. - عدم وجود سجادة صلاة و لزق تحديد اتجاة القبلة ومصحف ، وللأنصاف تم توفير سجادات الصلاة عندما طلبتها بشكل مباشر."
