"The property has a sense of relaxation. The pool view waking up in the morning was so nice. The garden. A sense of freshness as well. Spacious. Private."
"Property should get some thorough maintenance done. Water taps in the bathroom were broken, not functioning properly. Shower head was broken as well. Jacuzzi tub also had broken parts and water wasn’t flowing properly. It took a very long time to fill up. Hot water finished quickly. Cleanliness should be checked prior to guest using the chalet, especially for bathroom. Toilets were alright but the Jacuzzi tub was a bit dirty. I would suggest the property to write on all light switches what they are for. It would avoid people to play too much with the switches. Proper direction for cold and hot water. The shower showed cold for hot, and hot for cold ☹️ Giving more than 1 towel would be great."
"صراحه المكان جميييل جدا و الخدمات في ممتازة و قريب جدا من المطار و هاااادي مافي اي ازعاج و اشكر جزيل الشكر للاستاذ عمار الي ماقصر معاي طوال فتره الاقامه لدرجه تم تمديد الاقامه بسبب جمال المكان و رقي التعامل"
"كان في نامس بشكل كبير و اتوقع السبب يرجع للفترة الي كنت فيها صادف امطار الي تسبب وجود النامس لكن الاستاذ عمار ما قصر ارسلي العاملين خلال 10 دقايق تم رش المكان بالموبيدات و صار الوضع افضل"
"المكان أنيق وموقعه جيد ونظيف .. بعيد عن صخب المدينة وبنفس الوقت الخدمات متوفرة وقريبة .. دورات المياه نظيفة .. السرير مريح .. الجلسة الخارجية رائعة"
"اثاث منطقة الجلوس يحتاج صيانة + وقت الخروج مبكر جداً 5 صباحاً !! يفترض ان يكون الظهر او 10 الصباح على الاقل خصوصا للقادمين من خارج الرياض"

"الصراحة المكان جدا جميل للعائلة والأطفال وينفع لأعياد الميلاد.. مرتب ، انيق. ناقصه بس مستلزمات الحمام من مناشف وما الا ذلك وشي ثاني كان غير مريح وقت الخروج كان جدا صعب الساعة 6 صباحا، المفترض يكون 12 مثل باقي أنظمة الفنادق ... الشخص يكون سهران ويقوم مع الاطفال في وقت بدري وكان مزعج لهم ...غير كذا المكان جدا ممتع"
