"The room was cosy, the toilet was clean, big and private without being cagy. The staff said yes to every desire of ours, can't thank them enough. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise of deliciousness and variety. The view was breathtaking, lush greenery and the view of lake kivu from up top was awesome."

"I believe this is the most stunning lodge I have ever visited. Everything was absolutely perfect, from the rooms to the staff. I cannot praise the staff highly enough; they were incredibly helpful, friendly, and engaging in conversation. They truly are the heart of this lodge. "I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Ubucuti! The accommodations were immaculate and offered a stunning view of Lake Kivu. The food was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly supportive. Savine and the manager, Jean Marie, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The room package also included access to a fantastic outdoor Jacuzzi, parking, and a car cleaning service for guests who drove themselves. They are also available to help organize various activities, including boat rides and jet skiing. I highly recommend Ubucuti for anyone looking for a peaceful and private place to unwind and rejuvenate"
