"- room was really large - staff did their best to meet our requests. Once we forgot to book the breakfast, and the hotel managed to get the kitchen staff ready in less than 30 min, thank you for that - the hotel is just behind the busy road, but there is not much around.. however, we appreciated the fact that it was not really noisy in the room"

"the airport shuttle warm welcoming staff, the location was good right next to the conference centre, in a quiet and relatively safe neighbourhood for a woman. the staff were very attentive in the breakfast. the evening restaurant staff were the opposite. the gym was OK though the staff working there didnt know how to operate the equipment. the Housekeeping were also brilliant and made our beds with a different design everyday which was exciting lol! the room was amazing , shower lovely and spacious the view from our room was special! there was not a bug in sight. It is a short walk to the local supermarket which also has a restaurant where we took our dinner every day because the hotel restaurant was poor service and over priced. I cant wait to go back. it exceeded my expectations. Fresh fruit at breakfast was delicious.. i had a full body massage done which was also amazing!"

"I stayed with two friends for two nights, but originally had only planned to stay one night. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and flexible in extending my stay. The breakfast had lots of fresh fruit and it was not problem to have it at 5 am as we had to leave early. I think it is great value for money in Musanze!"
