"Large appartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (we needed 3 rooms for four adults). We needed a one night stay before heading off to visit the parks in Rwanda. Very practical. We also hired the pick-up service from the airport. Everyone was very friendly, good communication before our arrival and very helpful with luggage and arranging our breakfast to go."

I couldn't access Mastercard payment whichcaused me angst but the staff were very good & allowed part payment until the problem could be sorted."
