"There was friendly staff waiting for us upon arrival at the apartment. The apartment was easy to find and located nicely, close to some good restaurants and the airport. The rooms were bigger than expected and clean. The communication with the managers prior to our arrival was superb, and they replied to all of our requests promptly."

"The driver did not pick us up from the airport so we had to organize a taxi instead. The kitchens were not too well equipped and some of the household appliances did not work. There were massive construction sites on every side of the property that caused quite much of distraction day & night. We really struggled with the payment of our stay - Jabo did not unfortunately accept credit cards and cash was very difficult to get in bigger amounts from ATM's near by. We had multiple apartments reserved and this caused a lot of confusion with us & the staff that did not have clear accounting on the payments, deposits etc."

"I absolutely loved the facility. I stayed there for 6 nights and everyday was brilliant. The facility is very clean, everything needed was available. The staff were very supportive. Nada and the other gentleman at the reception were particularly brilliant. There was a standby driver who took me everywhere I needed to go. I even went to the market to get groceries and we were able to have homemade food. The driver helped with negotiating at the market and it all contributed to a beautiful tourist outing. He was already at the airport even before I arrived and spotted me quite easily. I think he checked my dp on WhatsApp in advance 😂. All in all, The amount I paid for a 2 bedroom flat was ABSOLUTELY worth it. I could have ended up paying a lot more elsewhere for a much lesser experience. I absolutely loved it."

"The location is about 20mins away from town but that’s not even much of an issue cos the driver is there and the staff are supportive. The gym treadmill was not functioning properly and there’s no internet coverage in the gym. Also, it would have been nice if they had an in-house restaurant/bar. But that didn’t take away from an overall beautiful experience."

"I had an amazing stay at Jabo Suites in Kigali! I enjoyed every single moment and truly felt at home. The entire team was incredibly welcoming and helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities to make my stay perfect. The atmosphere was warm and peaceful, exactly what I needed. I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be coming back on my next visit to Kigali! Thank you to the wonderful staff for making the stay so memorable. 🌟"
