"I liked Fatima Hotel for its great location near Volcanoes National Park, beautiful mountain views, friendly and welcoming staff, comfortable rooms, and delicious breakfast. The amenities like the pools and spa made the stay even more relaxing."

"There wasn’t much I didn’t like everything met my expectations. Some areas could benefit from a little extra attention to make the experience even more exceptional, but overall it was a pleasant stay."

"L'emplacement est idéal près des volcans. La vue de la chambre est impressionnante. Le confort global et les commodités : restaurant, piscine, etc. C'est un très bel hôtel que je conseille vraiment."

"Je n'ai rien trouvé de négatif. Un seul point d'amélioration c'est que davantage de personnels parlent français. Avec le développement du tourisme, il est nécessaire d'avoir des personnes qui s'expriment en français."
