"This is probably the most delightful review I’ve ever written for a hotel. Our flight was delayed, causing us to arrive a day later than planned. Throughout the process, we stayed in touch with the hotel, and they were very understanding and accommodating. From the moment we arrived, the staff gave us a warm welcome and kindly carried our bags to our beautiful room. We stayed for about a week, and everything was consistently excellent—the daily room cleaning was impeccable, the breakfast was wonderful, and the staff were even more impressive. Over the course of our stay at Baobab Hotel, we had the pleasure of getting to know them, which made the experience even more special. If I had to point out one small area for improvement, it would be to provide guests with liquid soap and perhaps fix the toilet, as it was slightly unsteady. All in all, this hotel is highly recommended, and we look forward to staying here again the next time we visit Rwanda."

"Monica and Nobert are amazing hosts. They are always there to help you. They know a lot about the area and the country so their advices are always welcomed. They are really nice to talk to and share a meal with. They have 2 nice kids. Like Monica told me, « they are a home, not an hotel » and it’s way better that way! :) The room was clean and confortable. The included breakfast was really delicious and huge and it changed every day. They offer to cook for you if you want to eat dinner with them which is really great. They offer a twin lakes tour which was amazing with a lot of informations."
