"It was a very, very nice apartment, with a very good style. The owner was very nice and helpful, and everything was perfect. The location is great; it’s just 5 minutes away from the main street Knez Mihailova, and we liked it very much."

"The only thing we didn’t like was that there was no hot water. The water was warm and good for a shower, but we preferred hot water, and it was not available."

"We were truly charmed by this place. The apartment is designed with style and taste, with clear attention to comfort and aesthetics. The photos on Booking don’t really do it justice — I would recommend update them. I actually skipped over this listing a few times, but thanks to the great reviews we decided to book it, and once we checked in, we were very impressed. Unfortunatly we stayed only one night, as we were just passing through Belgrade. We would definitely come back. The location is very convenient, with a large parking area nearby."

"Mr Ivan was of the most courteous owners that i have ever met, cause i work also in the tourism sector. He was imppecable, and the hospitality that he provided was dreamy. "Es un apartamento excepcional. Las fotos no le hacen justicia. Como nosotros, seguro regresarás con un par de ideas para mejorar o aplicar en tu propia casa. Realmente pensaron en todos absolutamente todos los detalles. Los acabados de finisima calidad. Acogedor, balcón increíble. Y si decides salir del depa, estas a literal una cuadra de las calles cerradas turisticas y como a 8 minutos del castillo (por las avenidas de las tiendas y restaurantes). La pasamos de maravilla y se lo recomiendo ampliamente a cualquier persona,"

"Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich sowie die Wohnung, sehr modern eingerichtet mit Kaffeemaschine, Bluetooth-Lautsprecher, 2 Fernseher...Das Bett ist sehr bequem und die Wohnung was auch sehr sauber... Der Ivan ist sehr nett, freundlich und kommunikativ, check in und check out lief problemlos."

"Excellent experience. The one bed room apartment is located on the raised ground floor of the building and has the inner courtyard view / parking spaces, which is ok. No noise and safe, since the parking courtyard is accessible only by the main gate that is locked. The apartment is fully equipped up to smallest detail, very clean and very comfortable. Whatever you think if, you have it. Good even for a longer stay. Very easy check in thanks to a well organized host. Easy instructions by video clips. Well done! Shops, cafes, restaurants; all available in a few minutes of walk. The City centre is 10 minutes away by walking, and the Danube corniche even closer. The secure parking space is a great benefit; a bit tight, but no problem at all. For recommendation."

"Die Unterkunft war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und wie beschrieben. Es konnte ausreichend gekocht werden und wir haben sogar Wäsche gewaschen! Dank der Klimaanlage in einem der zwei Schlafzimmer waren die Nächte angenehm. Das Stadtzentrum ist zu Fuß in 15min zu erreichen. In unmittelbarer Nähe der Unterkunft gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie ein Bäcker und alles was man benötigt. Für einen Heißhunger zwischendurch bietet sich der Döner unter dem Apartment an. ;-) Das Wasser aus der Leitung ist gut und das WLAN hat ebenfalls sehr gut funktioniert. Kommunikation mit dem Host war einfach, da er gut englisch sprechen konnte. Es war ebenfalls für uns möglich, nach 23 Uhr einzuchecken."

"We stayed for two nights and were delighted with the accommodation. It is old but very well maintained. We had been wondering what cooking facilities there were apart from the wood stove (not going in mid-summer). There is a double hot plate which is adequate with the pots and frying pans supplied. There is plenty of space, the whole ground floor of the house. No-one was using the top floor. We noted previous reviewers that had trouble with locating the house using Google maps. There is NO PROBLEM now. Google maps takes you to the exact location."

"Absolutely everything, if I could give it more stars I would. The house was fantastic and gave us tips on the city which were really helpful, the view is just amazing as is the furnishings and the retro style of the vintage furniture. I also love the lift which is quite old but very very functional and effective."
