"Although the breakfast was included in the price we booked on booking because of the discounts offered by booking due to the loyalty progemmes, we didn't receive any breakfast and we were requested to pay extra money for having breakfast🤢. Also, for the accommodation, we needed to pay additional costs/taxes because the receptionist said that the price on booking is not the same with the price of the hotel did not agree with booking company for the discounts. What a shame! Despite all these facts, I appreciated that we received a better room than the one initially booked."

"We had a wonderful stay at SAL Apartmani in Zrenjanin! The owner gave us an incredibly warm welcome and was always available whenever we needed anything. He also shared great recommendations and tips about the city, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The room was very clean, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. Everything was just right. Highly recommended, we would definitely stay here again!"

"Although we arrived very late, the host was there to hand over the keys. The apartment was nice, there was also a coffee and a water heater. Unlimited supply of drinking water, since tap water is not drinkable in this region."
