"The apartment offers safe parking, is spacious, and comes well-equipped with amenities. It is suitable for couples (not ideal for children) and is conveniently close to the city center. Although it does not fully deserve a 10 yet, I gave the highest rating because I believe improvements will be made."
"There was a noticeable smell of cigarettes upon entering, which made the stay less comfortable. The cleanliness could also be improved, as some areas did not feel thoroughly cleaned. Overall, the apartment would benefit from a refresh to feel more welcoming and up to standard. Considering these issues, it does not currently offer good value for the money."
"Amazing location , as we did not need the car during our stay.The host was excellent , we had private parking .5min walk to downtown and 10min walk to the Sport center and a wonderful park.A lot of restaurants nearby and a supermarket ."

"Apartman je savršen ! Lokacija je odlična, za kretanje po gradu ne treba vam auto uopšte jer je sve u blizini. Parking mesto je besplatno i sigurno jer je pod video-nadzorom 24 sata. Nebojša je odličan domaćin - sve što smo zahtevali dobili smo bez ikakvih naknada. Jednom rečju više ne menjamo apartman kad dolazimo u Niš!!!"

"Although we arrived very late, the host was there to hand over the keys. The apartment was nice, there was also a coffee and a water heater. Unlimited supply of drinking water, since tap water is not drinkable in this region."

"The location was excellent with a well equipped supermarket downstairs in the complex. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Having a lift was a bonus especially having to manage our suitcases. Excellent all round."
