"We enjoyed the park next door, and shops nearby. The house is in a good and quiet residential area. The house as well as the garden are spacious. The staff are very friendly. Communication through WhatsApp was fast. When we were without hot water, maintenance came to fix it right away."

"Great house in a quiet area of Oradea, close to public transport for the city centre, a nice park and restaurant and also close to Nymphea Termalis and Baile Felix. The house was very clean, easy to access, nice big garden, parking space, all you need in the kitchen- great place and good value, we recommend."

"Ausstattung war gut und die Unterkunft war geschmackvoll eingerichtet."

"Die Installation der Sanitäreinrichtungen war eher einfach oder laienhaft. So kam in beiden Badezimmern das Wasser unter der Duschwanne bzw. der Badewannenverkleidung hervor und lief über den Fußboden. Silkonfugen war leider verschimmelt. Als ich meinen Kindern die Zähne putzen und mich dazu auf die Klobrille setzte zerbrach diese und wurde uns dann auch noch für 40€ berechnet."

"Komunikácia s prenajímateľom bola jednoduchá a rýchla montáž. Ubytovanie bolo naozaj veľmi pekné a čisté, veľmi vkusne zariadené a priestranné takže sme sa úplne pohodlné vošli 4 ľudia a pes. Dve kúpeľne a dve spálne plus obyvačka a kuchyňa splnili naše očakávania. Dvor je malý ale úplne postačuje. Gril sme nevyužili ale bol k dispozícií. Lokalita je super, hneď vedľa je veľký park, kde je ihrisko, trávnatá plocha, veľa zelene, bežecká trať s mäkkým povrchom, 2 klatky na spúšťanie, velký pump track pre kolobežky a bicykle (keby som to vedela vezmem deťom aj kolobežky), výbeh pre psov, jazierka, bludisko z tuku, potôčik na ochladenie počas horúcich letných dní a tiež aj zatienené chodníky. som maximálne spokojná."

"Ubytovanie bolo skvelé, dostatočne priestranné, komplet vybavené - nič nám nechýbalo. Počasie nám vyšlo super, takže sme naplno využili dvor a terasu. Poloha je výborná, blízko na prechádzky pri vode, detské ihrisko a aj do obchodu (Lidl cca 10min pešo). Do centra je to cca 7min autom, čiže paráda. Komunikácia s majiteľmi bezproblémová, určite každému odporúčame!"

The property is very clean, and the owner, Ileana, is a wonderful person—warm, attentive, and always ready to help. "When making the booking we saw a few very bad reviews, but they were old and the pictures looked pretty okay, so we just went there. In total I want to say the guesthouse was very nice with a large room and very large bed, fridge in the room, windows to the back. On main street it could get a little loud, but thats on the other side. There is a shared kitchen and the family cooks there, too. Lots of places to sit and eat outside on a nice clean terrace. To the beach its just 500 meters, a market is less than 200 meters, train station is around the corner, 5 minutes. The family was very quick to answer any question and give help."

"A very cute apartment, close to the street without any noise coming in. Big non-stop store about 10 minutes walking distance away. The bed was comfy and I appreciated that the room has blinders, so you can make it really dark, if needed. Suited for a longer stay since you have a washing machine, fridge and a fully equipped kitchen. Also has a terrace which is facing East, so you can enjoy the sun early in the morning if you want"

"Everything! Beautiful house,lots of bedrooms, perfect for a group of families. A small stream of river flowing in the back yard, a specious dining area outside and inside. The kitchen has anything you might need for cooking. And the area is amazing! The owner is so friendly and helpful . we would love to come back.
