Getting to the resort was a bit of a trip, not a long trip, but a trip through the rough parts of the town, very different.

"L'habitació molt bé, la piscina i els jardins espectaculars. La cuina del restaurant és boníssima."

La dutxa tenia un finestral a un jardi exhuberant... ple de pols. Hi ha molts mosquits! I per controlar-los hi ha una pila de granotes que fan molt de soroll a les nits. Però no molesta.

"Nagyon kedves személyzet, rugalmas opciók vacsora és spa elményekkel kapcsolatosan , családias, de annál szuperebb spa, rendkívül csendes, pihentető környezet, kényelmes bútorok, közösségi, de csendes tér, társasjátékok, sakk, pingpong. Igazán rég voltunk ilyen szuper pihentető, csendes helyen."

"Staff, hospitality and location. As said, all the staff were excellent, it is not possible to mention all the staff by name. The only name which I remember was Carla Sasa but this does not put the rest of the staff in a different category."

I wish the restaurant area lighti g could be improved especially closer to the water...it would make a lovely evening entertainment area.

"Everything was amazing! The owners take great pride in their new property and hospitality. We felt super welcomed and honestly spoilt! The room was beautiful with proper linens, thick towels and a hot shower!! The food was delicious - we tried pretty much everything in the menu. Great variety and portions. Lovely place to hang and relax by the pool or take a kayak to the nearby village and mangroves. This was our favourite stay on a 6 week trip and recommend to anyone staying in the area!! All the best to these wonderful hosts!! Xo"

Wish we stayed longer.

"Perfect location. Quiet countryside and no traffic"

No staff available to greet us and show us to our apartment. The internet was useless.

I needed to ask a couple of times in 1 day to clean my room. When I checked in and went for a swim, the guard asked me where my swimming pool wristband was. I had not received one, so I had to leave the pool to get it :(

L,esmorzar molt justet, el tipic que et pots fer a casa tomaquet, pepino, un parell d,ous ferrats, pa de motlle de la botiga. I un suc de polvos bastant dolent. Ens va sorpendre perque no casava l,esmorzar amb la majestuitat de l,edifici , una pena. Entenem que estavem sols i no seria el mateix que si hagues mes gent pero no ens va agradar. Potser perque soc espanyol i estic acostumat a mes nivell en el menjar, no entenc com a estonia no es cuida mes aixo.

Nothing it a Perfect Place

"A very well kept resort with friendly and helpful staff, who can arrange trips on the nearby lake at reasonable rates."

The location is a little way out of town, but it's handy for the lake

You definitely need a car and we had difficulty hiring one.There was also no water on our last day. This is overcome by a back up system which needs to be turned on by staff who may not be on site till 10am

"Location is great. In the middle of the forest, plenty opportunities for walking. Got an excellent massage by Anna from the spa, highly recommend it!"

Too many kids - weather was a bit rainy so they were mostly inside...

Everything just GREAT!

"The hotel is great and in an amazing location which is right inside the airport. Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."

The pool could do with a bit of cleaning.

I didn't realise when I booked it how far from Risor town it is - 19km! The address says Risor and unless you look on a map, you cannot know its not actually in Risor, and I needed to be in Risor, but didn't go there by car so ended paying for very expensive taxis. You have to have a car to stay here.

En general res dons tot esta molt be. Potser que alguna instal·lació esta un xic envellida i cal renovar-la.

The breakfast is a bit disappointing, would have loved a strong cup of coffee, but the rest of the menu is really enjoyable, and the great service more than makes up for the slightly under par breakfast.
