Staff had maintenance try to fix it but we ended up changing rooms due to the problem continuing. The airport shuttle was overcrowded going from hotel to airport but did not leave anyone behind."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with my experience. Everything was absolutely perfect from the moment I arrived. The room was very comfortable and well-maintained, and the housekeeping team frequently replaced the bath amenities, which I really appreciated. Whenever I needed anything — whether it was a sleep mask, deodorant, or any other small item — it was brought to me quickly without any hassle. The service was truly outstanding. The staff were incredibly polite and professional. The housekeepers were always smiling and friendly, and the reception team was welcoming and helpful at all times. Their positive attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel. It is probably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, and I would definitely love to come back again."
