"I stayed at this hotel with my family and it was honestly perfect. The location is great, the facilities are excellent, and everything is well taken care of. But what truly made the difference for us was the staff. The doormen in particular were incredibly helpful and genuinely kind. I’ve experienced good service at other top hotels before, but here it felt real and sincere. You can actually feel when people truly care, and that was definitely the case here. The staff, especially the doormen, are the reason this hotel deserves a solid 10/10. We would absolutely come back."

"As we opted for an apartment that stated it has a fully equipped kitchen, we were abit disappointed that there was no toaster, washing up liquid, sponges or cereal bowls. One of the bathrooms shower was not working properly. One of the table lamps and switch in the bedroom was not working. Some drawers of the bedrooms were broken with their hinges loose, so we couldnt use them. Even though the rooftop pool was heated slightly, we couldn’t make use of it. The hotel AC was on everywhere and the weather was very windy too. Therefore as soon as you step out the water and get to your apartment on any a different floor, your lips are purple and shivering."

"Fantastic hotel that we would book again. Ibrahim made a stay special long with the hotel reception staff. Room was lovely. Nice restaurants in the hotel. Breakfast excellent. Spas lovely but you can’t mix. Pools lovely. Lots of places to eat near by in the shopping mall. Beach club was very nice. The Londoner bar in the hotel was great, so get on the Tuesday night was amazing. Pizza place downstairs. Just had a great time. Definitely book again. Can’t fault it."

"The hotel was great. Staff were always accommodating and we would stay there again. We did not choose the breakfast option. However there is a lovely coffee shop on the property that we went to daily. The best pastries and coffee. The location of the hotel was ideal, close to all the tourist sights, a mall and a Metro."

"Second time staying here. Love the Dusit. Great staff, especially Karan at the café. We were always served with a smile. She's such a sweet soul. The beds are huge and the pillows are super comfortable. Rooms are clean, well supplied and super spacious. It's well located and minutes walk from the City Centre mall. It also has a Papa John's pizza at the back of it, serving up delicious cheesy pizza."
