"A l'habitació faltaven un parell de bombetes i, com a conseqüència, hi havia molt poca llum a la nit. A més, quan vam arribar ens van demanar esperar 5 minuts per fer el check in, que es van convertir en 30 perquè es van oblidar de nosaltres i es van posar a xerrar entre ells. No va ser fins que va arribar un altre client i li van fer el check in que em vaig queixar i em van atendre. Van reconèixer que s'havien oblidat de nosaltres. El segon dia van canviar les claus de les habitacions i no ens van avisar, tot i haver de pujar 4 pisos a peu. Quan vam arribar a l'habitació ens vam adonar que havien canviat el sistema, de clau a targeta. I vam haver de baixar a demanar explicacions. A la nit, la porta no tancava i, novament, vam baixar els 4 pisos a reclamar. Aquesta vegada també vam haver d'esperar llarga estona a que acabessin amb els sopars per arreglar la nostra porta. No es pot dir que hagin estat desagradables... Però tampoc gaire amables. Estava clar que nosaltres no hem estat la prioritat en cap moment de la nostra estança de 3 dies."

"The location is perfect, in the middle of the center and all the things you would like to visit. The people working and volunteering there are really nice. The beds are super comfy, the lower ones have curtains. There are commen areas on each floor, the kitchen is really well equiped for cooking. I really liked the spaces and the overall vibe. Even though it's low season there were still a lot of people and the organised dinner was really good and a nice place to meet other travelers. The breakfast is good as well, especially for a hostel (pancakes, different breads, fruits, yoghurt, oats, normal and oatmilk)."
"The tours they offer are the "regular" free walking tours you find in all cities, the other offered activities are also not organised by the hostel but just the normal tourist stuff. No big issue but just good to know."

"What was very disappointing is even if you pay directly to extend your stay I saw that they are charging the same or more as here on booking.com and when I asked about it I was told oh there is card here to get 10% off but I don’t have the authorisations to change that for you now..you can come back tomorrow I can take it off..I feel that is very disappointing from a customer service point of view😔"

"If you live in a busy city and want to stay way from all that noise than this is the prefect house for you. I wanted to relax and have some peace without no one disturbing me. Everyone in the village was friendly and very helpful. The house was very comfortable and clean. It felt like being at home. House owners were very helpful, always there to make sure everything was perfect. I would like to come back in near future."
