L'Residència Florida gaudeix d'una ubicació cèntrica a Lisboa, a 2 minuts a peu de la plaça i l'estació de metro de Marquês de Pombal. Totes les suites i zones comunes de l'pensió tenen una ornamentació vintage única inspirada en el cinema. Us podreu allotjar en suites dedicades a Marilyn Monroe i Alfred Hitchcock o a pel·lícules clàssiques, com ara Casablanca. Fortamentes de les zones de l'pensió estan decorades amb cites escrites. Totes les nius agradables renovades disposen de TV de pantalla plana i minibar. El menjador és lluminós i disposa de piano i de vistes panoràmiques a la plaça del Marquès de Pombal. Al costat de l'pensió hi ha el bistrot Great American Disaster, un taula gastronòmica temàtic dels anys 50. Hi podreu degustar plats americans clàssics per un suplement. El Florida té un gimnàs i un jardí d'hivern, on podreu gaudir d'una copa. A l'Avenida da Liberdade trobareu una gran varietat de botigues, cafeteries i taula gastronòmicas. El parc d'Eduardo VII és a 5 minuts a peu i la principal zona de bars de Lisboa, el Bairro Alto, està situada a 7 minuts amb cotxe. Les zones històriques de Chiado i Rossio són a 5 minuts amb cotxe i l'aeroport internacional de Lisboa es troba a 7,2 km de l'Residència Florida.

"It was in a safe neighbourhood with bus stops and the metro approximate 100M walk, maybe less. Reception was open at any time I needed to use it. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The lifts were both clean and working well. The room was large with sufficient storage space. The bathroom was a little cramped but was functional. The shower was excellent with easily adjustable temperature and good water pressure."
"The desk area was fine but the seats were dated and difficult to move. The orange and red bedside lampshades didn’t make it easy to read."
