"La situació del hotel es al centre de Ponta Delgada super be. La habitació gran i neta. Ens deixaven tovalloles per portar-les a la platja o banys termals. L'esmorzar correcta i les noies que el servien eren molt amables. L'hotel no te parking, peró hi ha aparcament molt a prop. El recomano"
"Vam tenir un problema que el aire acondicionat perdia aigua. Varem avisar i desseguida varen venir a repararlo encara que sense exit,ja que el cap de 1 hora tornava a perdre. Varem tornar a avisar, pero el dia que vam marxar encara perdia i varem haver de deixar las tovalloles al terra per no relliscar."

"It is a good hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. As it is downtown, every attraction in Ponta Delgada was in a walking distance (if you like walking). It is next door to restaurants and bars; Friday and Saturday nights, it is the place to be. The personel were friendly and helpful. I definetly recommend it; however, if you want a quiet place, this is not for you."

"The location -walking distance to the beach was great. Peaceful atmosphere, very chill. Very well equipped with everything you need. Magnificent views from the room. Friendly staff, although it was off-season so everything was a little slow."
"Very nice place. Very quiet, in the middle of horses. It was so nice to sit on the veranda and soak in the atmosphere. The veranda is also very nicely sheltered from the wind."
