Hi ha 3 cuina d'autors i 2 bars, amb una oferta que va des de l'alta cuina internacional fins a la riquesa de la gastronomia portuguesa i els productes regionals. Els apartaments i les vil·les independents disposen d’un saló ecentre de benestariós, zona de menjador, així com una cuina totalment equipada. Hi ha WiFi gratuïta a tots els allotjaments i d'altra banda s’ofereix garatge segur subterrani gratuït. El Cascade Wellness Resort té un santuari de relax amb 4 sales de tractaments i bassa exterior climatitzada, un gimnàs d'última generació, club infantil, 2 camps de futbol, 2 pistes de tenis i una sala de jocs. L’establiment es troba a 30 minuts a peu de la platja de Dona Ana i del far de Ponta da Piedade. "We had such a lovely little getaway at your hotel with my daughter, and it happened to be her birthday during our stay. Everything about our visit was truly wonderful — from the beautiful apartment and spotless cleanliness to the warm hospitality and attentive service from your team. The highlight for us was the incredibly thoughtful surprise we found when we returned from dinner: a little birthday cake, juices, and handwritten wishes from the staff. It was such a touching and beautiful gesture, and it made my daughter feel very special. Moments like this stay in your heart. Thank you for creating such a welcoming atmosphere and for going the extra mile to make our stay memorable. We felt genuinely cared for, and it meant a lot to us. Your hotel absolutely deserves the highest praise, and we will remember this stay very fondly. We hope to return again someday."

"Lovely breakfast with a great selection to start the day, and everything was fresh and well presented. The hotel facilities were excellent, offering everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff were particularly welcoming and attentive, always happy to help and making sure guests felt well looked after. The spa was a real highlight of the visit. It was clean, peaceful and well maintained, providing the perfect place to unwind. The treatments and relaxation areas added to the overall experience, making it feel like a proper escape.
