"We stayed there for just one night before going to a wine tasting in Cabecao. The lady was amazing. Nice, kind, funny and she gave us all the explanation to make our stay as good as possible. She heated up the rooms for us (it was January) before our arrival so that we could stay warm during the night. We had an amazing breakfast and she gave us the amazing bread prepared from a local bakery. It's an old house, next to the centre of this small enchanted village. Next time we will explore Brotas way more."

"The only thing was the amount of kitchen tools available. There was just one small pan and it was not the best for preparing the dinner. But just with a bigger pan, this place would be perfect."

"Wonderful location (municipal heritage area)! Very beautiful studio with large spaces available! We loved the atmosphere of this place! We enjoyed the swimming pool and the awesome views! The owner is very kind and provided us great suggestions for dinner arrangements and for other places to visit during our stay!"

"Not a complaint but be aware that this is a traditional village not designed for parking & easy footpath access. You will find a space, but need to be reasonably sure-footed to get to the accommodation & up the stairs"

"Didn't like the bathroom being on ground floor so had to come down steep narrow stairs at night for the toilet. Needed to supply tea bags and coffee in the kitchen. Was the only place that didn't provide anything on our entire 7 day trip around Portugal. Needs to provide more than 2 wine glasses for a 3 bedroom unit."

"An amazing stay in this authentic village in the middle of the portugese countryside. It is close to Montemoro and Evora and definetly worth the detour! The breakfast was delicious with homemade jams and cakes, and fantastic host"
