"The place is big and clean. The location is perfect. The sofa bed is very comfortable, the air conditioning/heater works great. The dishwasher is very convenient. The attention to the detail is very much appreciated: we had olive oil, salt, dish soap, emergency kit, hair dryer, clothing rack, and kitchen supplies. The TV is smartTV so we could watch a movie without a problem. The shower has abundant and warm water without any mess!"

"The location was great, few steps away from the historic center. The place was clean and the shower was very good."

"-the sink in the bathroom had an issue, only a very small ray of water would come out of it. This was specially annoying when brushing our teeth. -the mattress was not very comfortable, me and my wife woke up with back pain for 2 days -Because it is an apartment there is no place to keep luggage after check-out. Luckily you can drop your bags at the tourism office nearby (till 18:00) -Not so much the fault of the hotel, but beware that bringing a car into Sintra is quite useless. You can only enter the centre to drop your bags and pick it up, and you can not drive yourself to the main sights (Pena Palace, Quinta da Regaleira, Castelo dos Mouros)"

"Water doesn't drain easily from the sink and the shower. The owner insisted that we should evacuate the apartment before 11, when we asked to leave before 12."

"We spent a week in this basic but functional apartment in a great, quiet location. A few minutes from the main town on an easy, walkable quiet street. The apartment had all the basic needs. A well supplied kitchen, a comfy bed with bedside cabinets and lamps, clothing storage, and a wonderful hot shower. Heat and air conditioning, but we didn't need it. We were offered but turned down housekeeping but had our towels changed twice. There is a drying rack for towels, etc. It has a lovely little courtyard for sitting outside. Communication was easy via whatsapp. We are not very tech savvy, so easy communication is important to us."

"The apartment just needs a bit of small maintenance. The bathroom needs hooks to hang things, and the door latch doesnt stay shut. Also, the edge trim into the bathroom was loose, so we put it aside. The couch is a bit old and lumpy.Nothing major.Everything else was great!!"
