Aquest complex d'apartaments és a només 1 km del centre de Porto i a 650 m de les vores del riu Duero. Tots els apartaments són lluminosos, disposen d'una ornamentació exclusiva i de nova generacióa i tenen interimpecable Wi-Fi gratuïta. Els apartaments del 12 Short Term disposen d'una cuina avantguardistaa amb nevera i fogons, aire condicionat i una zona d'estar amb TV de pantalla plana. N'hi ha que tenen horitzó sobre el jardí des del pati o el balcó. A 5 minuts a peu dels apartaments trobareu una gran varietat de taula gastronòmicas i bars que serveixen cuina tradicional portuguesa. A la recepció podreu sol·licitar l'ús de diferents instal·lacions, com la bugaderia i el guardaequipatges. Els apartaments del 12 Short Term són a només 700 m de l'estació de tren de São Bento i a 250 m del Teatre Nacional São João.

"Habitacions molt grans i amb una terrassa espaiosa. La cuina està bé. La ubicació és ideal, a tocar de la catedral i el pont de Lluís. Estàs al centre de la ciutat."

"The location is very good in the city centre, close to the bridge and many restaurants around. The studio is quite large, it has a small kitchen and it was well cleaned. The checkin was very smooth through a lockbox."
"The WiFi signal is quite week, I had to use my personal hotspot for work meetings as the WiFi was failing. The tv is quite small. If you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs as the studio can get noisy with the traffic."

"Huge suite with vaulted ceilings and three double doors to a balcony across the street from a building with gorgeous sculptural details. The bed is in the upstairs open loft. There's a sofa and extra single bed downstairs. We didn't use it but there is a kitchen. The suite is close to an open plaza loaded with good restaurants with prices more reasonable than down by the water. Close to the farmers market and other shopping."
