"A nice, quiet place with large rooms and balconies (rooms 5, 6, 7, 8; I don't know about the others, but there are more rooms on the upper floors). The sea view is not direct, but the beach is about a 4-minute walk away. There's a surfing beach nearby, and calmer beaches without waves are a 5-minute drive away. The hotel is located in a wooded area, away from the city."
"Due to the high humidity, the air conditioner is constantly running in dehumidification mode, which makes the rooms a bit cool."

"The rooms are located outside of the center of Rincon and without a car you cant get to anything. There was no posibillity to find something to eat at the hotel and if you are on foot without a car you need to walk am exhausting street to get to restaurant"

"The location is nice, as it feels you are in the jungle. The set up with the two swimming pools is great and the owner is responsive."
"There was an issue with water pressure and electricity in the property a day prior to our arrival and this could have contributed to the fact that we didn’t have warm water at all for 3 days to take a shower. Overall maintenance is highly suggested as some things could have been better taken care of. Breakfast could be provided as a fixed option."
