"The location was excellent in a gated residential neighborhood with walking distance to the beach, grocery store, bakery, butcher job, restaurants. We spent a week there without a car, using Uber to get to Old San Juan. The apartment was bright and quiet."

"There are many extras-- there is an outdoor shower so you don't have to worry about tracking sand into your rental, there are beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys available for you to bring with you to the beach, there are many different types of kitchen appliances that rentals don't usually have such as a toaster and a blender, there is a washer and dryer so you can do laundry, tons of towels both for bathing and beach activities, and soda and beer in the fridge. It's clean, well-maintained and beautiful in a quiet and safe community. The staff are friendly, kind, and attentive-- any issues you bring to their attention, they will have resolved ASAP."
"The only thing that gave me pause was the Murphey bed in the living room-- it was sort of unstable, but nothing of serious consequence came of this. The microwave in both the upstairs and downstairs units are on precarious shelves (they seem to be at risk for falling off of the wall)."

"The location was amazing. The fact that it was inside a gated community was great! Lovely apartment and great for the price. The apartment came with useful amenities that were clutch for the beach like beach chairs, towels, cooler."
"The shower pressure was terrible. That is the only thing that needs improvement! And the hidden bed has a broken leg that probably needs repair soon."

"In the main bedroom in the corner is a window area ( the see through blocks) that isn't covered at night so it shines a lot of light into the room, directly on your face when sleeping."
"Great value, secure location, parking on premises, beach chairs and cooler were a nice touch. The ability to reach a property supervisor until 8 pm was reassuring. The apartment is in a gated community and can’t be reached using GPS. Directions from the airport were provided but I didn’t pay attention because I was not coming from the airport. The property supervisor stayed on the line as we drove in from the other direction and came over to make sure we had no problem getting into the apartment."
