"The cooling system was very loud and there was no automatic mode on the thermostat so it was on all night even on low. When we checked in, there was no one at the desk and when we checked out, there was no one at the desk. It would be nice if there was a buzzer or a ringer to attract someone’s attention if they’re on break. Our room had no window at all so it was very claustrophobic."
