"Quiet place and sleep since it's inside the huge university campus. Fresh at night and during the day since it's on a hill and gets a lot of fresh breeze. Quite a large room. A lot of free parking on the road in front of the building which is inside the campus so you have granted campus security. Friendly security guy and very informative and helpful staff at the reception. Good value for money."
"To get to the right building inside the campus is quite challenging. Maybe it's because I arrived late in the evening with the dark and on a public holiday so no one around the campus except for the security at the entrance gate. BTW there are at least 2 gates to enter the campus, but the first suggested by Google maps was closed every day of my stay. I had to enter from another gate which is a few minutes by car to the building. When I arrived I lost myself despite the indications by the kind security and the map of the campus that they provided... I had to call the staff of the Hostal to let me guide to the right building. When I discovered that the building is right in front of the stadium/ running track field is much easier. Old premises and furniture would need to be freshened up to feel cleaner. They have seen better days and regardless of how much effort is put in cleaning, they don't give a good impression. I can understand that for the low price you can't expect much more, but it's just a suggestion for improvement. Details to connect to WiFi could be clearly stated or written on a note in the room. Once connected to WiFi the speed is good and works well."
"We arrived at night and had a smooth check-in! It felt 200% safe! The room had everything we needed — no smell at all, very clean and comfortable. I instantly felt immersed in the student vibe, and it was so cool! In the morning, my husband and I even played some table tennis before continuing our journey."
