"Situated on a shallow water beach, with gardens and pool and bar area both wet and dry. Two dining options, casual and more formal. A well appointed first floor ocean view room, whilst near the pool was not very noisy."

"This is somewhat of a hard question, as unfortunately for the majority of our stay there was an internet blackout that affected the entire hotel and all of its computer systems, which left the staff in a very difficult position as it was impossible for them to do lots of things, i.e programme room keys; update reservation details etc. They responded as well as they could in the very difficult circumstances that they were encountering."

"The resort itself is an amazing oasis away from crowded cities, with beautiful sea views and a large property full of palm trees and several pool areas. It’s easy to find your own perfect spot to relax and enjoy calm, peaceful days. The pool areas have a bar with music, which operates mainly on weekends. On weekends, the resort can get quite crowded, as they host weddings and private events, and it can be noisy in the late evenings. Children absolutely loved the pools and paddleboarding in the sea. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. For the location, nature, and overall atmosphere, I would give the resort a solid 10/10."

"The only disappointment was the breakfast, both in terms of price and value. The Palms restaurant generally serves good food, but breakfast fell short of expectations. The buffet is available only on Saturdays and Sundays and does not include any vegetables at all, which makes it very difficult for vegans or vegetarians. The only highlight of the buffet was the unlimited coffee. The à la carte breakfast menu offers some good options, but every dish comes with baked potatoes as a side. I asked to replace them with vegetables. You can get avocado (guacamole) for an extra charge by request. Additionally, each coffee must be paid for separately. Breakfast costs $26 per person, and it works as a credit system—if you don’t use the full amount, the remaining balance is lost, but if you exceed it, you pay extra. This system felt inconvenient and unusual. Finally, for European guests, it also feels unusual to be expected to leave tips even for breakfast, which adds to the overall feeling that breakfast is overpriced for what is offered."

"It is a long drive from the airport and sits along a remote piece of coastline with nothing else near it. This is both a plus (for peace) but a negative if you want to see anything else as you would need a car to do so."

"A stunning resort situated right on the beach. Beautifully maintained grounds, great facilities and - above all- fantastic staff who really made us feel welcome. After a day or two it started to feel like home and we didn't want to leave. Honestly I cannot flaw the service we received. Everyone was so helpful and friendly."

"It's quite pricey at the resort and your options are limited as there isn't much in the surrounding areas. I'd recommend driving or renting a car to give you more mobility outside of the resort."

"But gotta be honest, the food wasn't great. They have two restaurants, but it's too pricey and not tasty. Christmas dinner was a total letdown. I told the staff about the food every time, but no one offered to switch it or even said sorry. It felt weird complaining to the friendly waiters, but the food was just not good. On the bright side, the place, the view, and the things to do are really cool. I'd still say check it out, but bring your own snacks because the only other place nearby is a Burger King, and surprisingly, it's better than the hotel food!"
