"We didn’t realise there was no elevator and I had to carry two very large suitcases to the top floor. As we were only there for one night a ground floor apartment would have been better with no terrace. Furniture on the terrace was very tired."

Arrangements were easily made to pick up the documents. Note that there is no elevator or anyone to help with your luggage (which if your room is on the 4th floor is a bit of a struggle."
