"The lady at the reception is the best, very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Very good location. Close to park, city centre, shops, bank. Bedsheets were clean, the rest was cleaned, too. Good quality for money if you're more about exploring the city."

No explanation on arrival of where things were like kitchen or wifi password etc. ( later saw it was on desk but facing away from where you come in) . "The entrance, elevator, and corridor - they are old and tattered. So even if the room is okay, it's not a pleasant experience to reach it because of the scratched walls and bad ambience around. Location - not too close to Central Railway Station, so you need to take a tram"
