"The staff are very nice. It's very quiet. Lakes, one with with a very small man made beach for the children with buckets and spades. Horses, Cows, Sheep and Goats in fields to pet. I suggest you look at Palac Folwark and Arche Complex https://www.palacifolwarklochow.pl/en/ as there are also stand alone hoilday homes to hire as well as the two hotels. Food at both restaurants was excellent. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice."

"The Arche Complex is huge. What we didn't realise Palac Lochow is an older hotel which sits on the outskirts of a modern conference complex. The rooms are like an old Austrian hotel with lots of wood and beams. It's comfortable but has no lift, my 96 year old father stuggled to climb the stairs, the steps are shallow and he only just managed. If you have anyone who cannot use stairs this is not the hotel for you. The bathrooms are clean but a little tired. No air conditioning. My shower was like a needle sharp jet wash but my fathers was very weak and the hot water took ages to come through. The sister hotel, Palac Folwark by comparison is very modern. Like a Holiday Inn. This is the one with the spa, swimming pool and restaurant. We had to drive my father to the Folwark for breakfast and every meal time as it was too far for him to walk. It's about 250 yds away. Had we known we would have stayed at the Folwark. Yes you can use all the facilities but they are not at the Palac Lochow. So if you want a swim it's a walk there and back and to be honest it was too much of a faff for us to enjoy. Can be very busy with conference participants, during our 4 day stay there was a conference every day Colgate and IBM being just two names we recognised so the bar area was very busy at break times. The restaurant was not effected as they are catered for in their own restaurant."

"Location is excellent. Sufficient distance from noisy roads. Nature, fresh air and charm of old park. Stylish and nice buildings. Good breakfast, polite and friendly stuff."

"We stayed in old part, which used to be stables, but now there are rooms. They are stylish and nice, but soundproof wasn't good. All noise from corridor or inner yard was heard in the room. Especially, when someone goes through the corridor at night or in early morning. We were lucky that hotel was almost empty and we herd a little in the corridor in the night and only once in the morning someone from stuff crossed the inner yard with plastic trolly - the sound was like out of well..."

"We did enjoy the sourrounding nature around the complex, it was perfect for a family with kids as you have a lot of options both indoor and outdoor. The breakfast had many options to choose from, the spa was very neat and clean, kid area well equipped."

"Miałem nocleg w starszej części, historyczne budynki, klimatycznie. Mroźno na zewnątrz, w pokoju ciepło. Czysto. Śniadanie w bardzo dużym wyborze. Trochę tłoczno na śniadaniu ale był okres feriowy i mnóstwo ludzi było w głównym, nowym obiekcie."

"Jesli komuś zależy bardzo na korzystaniu z basenu i saunarium to nocleg raczej w głównym budynku hotelowym bo tam się one znajdują, z budynków historycznych obok pałacu jest spacer kilkaset metrów. Restauracja ze śniadaniami jest też w nowym (głównym) budynku."
