"During the first night it was only 19 Celsius degrees in the room, despite A/C set to warming and radiator enabled. We had to ask for the additional duvels. On the second night it got warmer (21 Celsius degrees) though. Matresses and (flat) pillows could have been more comfortable, given it was 4-stars hotel."
