"Very comfortable beds, clean and located in the Old Town so very convenient for everything. Hosts were at hand for a late check in. Facilities were good with kettle and fridge and plenty of plugs to charge a phone."
"Only downside the blinds were not blackout ones so the first day we woke up early but you get used to it."
"Great location, we arrived just before midnight, so rang the number on the door and the owner met us within a couple of minutes. The room was lovely, very clean and perfect for our stay. I would definitely stay here again and have recommend the property to family members who are traveling to Krakow shortly"
"The only negative is the towels were very rough and in need of a little fabric softener. Other than that very small thing, the place was perfect"

"The towels were old, hard and not very clean looking and the size of them were very small. We had to ask for them to be replaced. The tea and coffee didn’t get replenished during our stay either."
"The hotel was superb with its location so close to the square. The room was spotlessly clean and was spacious with lovely high ceilings and also lovely warm room temperature. Mohammed who owned the hotel was absolutely excellent with us...he was so helpful and especially with my elderly parents with their needs...he couldn't do enough for us.We would highly recommend staying here."
"Nothing to dislike."
"Very practical position for the main square attractions. Easy and good local transport"
"No reception no personal contact. At night a bit noisy. A kettle but no tea, coffee or drinking water"

"We loved the location and the room was really spacious and with great light."
"We liked everything, it could have helped to have sopa and conditioner since it is now difficult having to travel super light. One extra face towel would have helped, we only had one to share."
