"The owner asked us to tell when the guests will arrive on Whatsapp. I did it. Then asked me again in e-mail, plus, asked me: "We have a lot of cleanup tomorrow?" - I replied them that I hope the apartment will be clean, and it is not me who should tell you how to do the cleaning. Before checking out they messaged me: "Tell please exact hour of check out, to meet and check the apartment. (max 11.00 hours) I don't want you to wait for me." - I asked why they want to meet us and why cannot we leave the keys in the box. He replied: just leave the keys in the box. So... they want messages both in mail and via whatsapp. And they send a lot of misleading automatic messages - and when I reply on them, they are surprised!"
"The room and the view is beautiful. Emma is lovely and very helpful. I loved the open view on the mountains and also there was free pool table, hockey table and table football. I will definitely come back here."
