"The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was okay. The swimming pool and spa were also fine, though the pool is more suitable for children. Adults can stand at any point in it. The location is great, with easy access to public transportation. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful."
"The toilet flush wasn’t working properly, and the shower fixtures were old. A major issue was the air in the room. There was no fresh air coming in. If the air conditioner is on, you can’t open the window, and if you open the window, it becomes too hot and humid. I also had a serious problem with the room’s exit door. The automatic card system didn’t work well sometimes I had to pull the door for 3 minutes to get it open, and other times it opened in 3 seconds. It was a really frustrating experience."
