The location is perfect—close to key spots in Davao, but tucked away enough for some peace and quiet. The amenities were top-notch, including a fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding, and reliable Wi-Fi, which was especially helpful for our stay. Communication with the host was seamless; they were responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend Balay Bahandi to anyone visiting Davao! "The name "Cozy" suites was choosen well because its veeery cozy there, like a second home. We slept there for more than 3 weeks and it was the best accomondation we had in the philippines. The price is also unbeatable for what you get. Also a very nice area close to the mountains if you dont like big citys. We really enjoyed our time there and will definitely come back the next time we visit negros."
